La storia dell’azienda ha origine nel 2003 quando il fondatore Franco Selmin decide di acquistare dei terreni sui Colli Euganei, solo un posto ha catturato la sua attenzione: Valle San Giorgio, loc. S.Biagio, piccola frazione del comune di Baone. Dal 2016 prende in mano l'azienda il figlio Enrico dopo essersi laureato in Enologia a Udine ed essersi specializzato in viticoltura Biologica.
